Swim lessons are a part of the services that we offer you and your children. We are concerned with their safety and want to help them learn that swimming can be fun and safe, not just for the summer but year-round.
One of the most important things to remember with young children is that they learn through continued repetition and practice.
We offer classes from Mommy and Me to level Five.

American Red Cross
The newly updated Lifeguarding program trains lifeguards to act with speed and confidence in emergency situations both in and out of the water. Topics include water rescue skills, surveillance and recognition, first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies, CPR, AED and more. The new program reflects the latest ECC science and findings from the 2011 United States Lifeguard Standards Coalition Report.
The purpose of the American Red Cross Lifeguarding course is to provide entry-level lifeguard participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illnesses until emergency medical services (EMS) personnel take over.
The learning objectives for the Lifeguard program are quit extensive. Click the following link a complete list of the Learning Objective
